Osprey at Montezuma, 9/25

I’m trying to get better at photographing birds in flight so I practiced on this osprey circling to hunt.

A bit out of focus…

Better, but a tail view.

Not bad after lots of cropping.

Butt shot again, but I like the placement against the cloud.

Again, not too bad.

Love the position, hate the blur.

If only it had lifted its head…

And away he goes.
